Client Service Representative
The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for clients, an advocate for all pets, and the cheerleader for Everhart Veterinary Medicine’s hospitals. We rely on you to provide exceptional customer service and represent Everhart Veterinary Medicine in all aspects of client and patient services. You are our ambassador!
Animal Care Technician
The Animal Care Technician (ACT) covers all patients’ daily needs, including feeding, cleaning, exercising, bathing, and monitoring their well-being. You will work directly with pets and have the confidence, strength, and ability to practice daily care, administer medications, and pick up on signs of distress or illness.
Registered Veterinary Technician
The Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) assists all veterinarians and individuals charged with effective, efficient, and empathetic patient medical care. This position involves assisting our veterinarians in administering procedures such as surgery, dental cleanings, Fear-Free restraint techniques, and much more. RVTs also oversee patients’ daily care, administer medicine, and make patient records.
Veterinary Assistant
The Veterinary Assistant will provide exemplary patient care and support the veterinarians, registered veterinary technicians (RVTs), and clients of Everhart Veterinary Medicine. You will assist the RVTs and veterinarians in various medical procedures, including Fear-Free patient restraint techniques, ultrasound, radiographs, and more. You will also provide high-quality daily patient care such as feeding, grooming, and exercising and administer medications under the supervision of a senior veterinary assistant, RVT, or DVM.
